    Cancellation Policy

    We understand that sometimes our daily routine doesn’t always go as planned for clients & sometimes for us too!

    Our cancellation policy will be effective immediately August 2022. 

    Cancellation Policy: 

    *  The client/service provider must cancel an appointment no less than 3 days (72 hours) before their scheduled service time to avoid a cancellation fee. 

        •    If the client cancels 24 hours before their scheduled service time a fee of 50% of their total service fee is charged. 

        •    If the client cancels 12 hours or less before their scheduled service time 100% of your total service fee will be charged. 

        •    Should Refresh Cleaning LLC not be able to service you as scheduled we’ll attempt to reschedule your slot with the next available opening. If your slot is not able to be rescheduled you’ll receive 15% off of your next  scheduled service slot fee. 

        •    Illness (including but not limited to Covid related illness), scheduled events/activities are not exempt. please cancel your appointment appropriately or you will be subject to a cancellation fee.

        •    If a client wishes to terminate their contract with Refresh Cleaning LLC prior to the end date of their contract a one time fee of 100% of one full service slot will be charged prior to the contract being terminated.
